Founder of Rose James Luxury Color & Extension Salon and creator of the Rose James hair extension line. With over 20 years behind the chair and a passion for creating effortless, confidence boosting hair, she specializes in luxury color, dimensional blonding, and seamless extensions. Over the years, she's built her career around helping women feel beautiful, confident, and truly seen. What started as a love for hairstyling evolved into a deep passion for extensions and creating customized transformations tailored to each client’s lifestyle and goals.

At Rose James, her vision was to create more than just a salon experience. She wanted to build a space centered around elevated hair, exceptional care, and genuine connection. Every guest who sits in her chair can expect attention to detail, honest recommendations, and a luxury experience from start to finish.

When she's not behind the chair, she's focused on growing the Rose James brand, educating stylists, and creating high-quality extension hair designed by a stylist, for stylists and clients alike.

With over 20 years behind the chair, Meaghan Hawley is known for her visual, artistic approach to cutting and creating low-maintenance, lived-in hair. Integrity is the foundation of her work; every service, recommendation, and long-term plan is rooted in honesty, hair health, and what's truly best for the client. Meaghan has certifications in extensions as a Master IBE® and Great Lengths® stylist, and invests deeply in ongoing education and advanced training. Bernardo Lomas is a hair designer with over 25 years in the industry. His work has taken him to some of the biggest stages, including the Oscars, Fashion Week in New York, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.

He’s earned multiple awards and certifications along the way, but what really stands out is how much he genuinely loves what he does.He’s also an educator for top hair brands, which means he’s always evolving, staying ahead of trends, techniques, and innovation in color. He’s a certified Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) specialist and a Wella Color Expert, bringing a high level of skill and precision to every service.

But beyond all of that, Bernardo is the kind of stylist who truly listens. He takes the time to understand what you want and makes sure you leave feeling confident, elevated, and completely taken care of.

Crystal began her career in the barbering world, where she developed a strong eye for precision, structure, and detail. After mastering men’s cutting, she found her passion in the transformative side of the beauty industry and expanded her artistry into color and extensions. Invisible Bead Extensions certified, Crystal has been creating beautiful seamless installs and flawless move-ups that leave her clients feeling confident and elevated. She is passionate about continued education, refining her craft, and delivering customized results that blend luxury, beauty, and wearability in every service.

Ava may be newly graduated from beauty school, but she's already making big moves behind the chair. She's officially a certified Invisible Bead Extensions® stylist and is passionate about continuing to grow her skills in the industry.
